It is the responsibility of the customer to check the accuracy of their booking information upon receipt of confirmation, including tour dates and customer names. We do not take any responsibility for any separate bookings and payments to third parties (e.g. accommodation providers) and you will be subject to their terms and conditions.
Price & Payment
When booking one of our Day Tours you will be required to pay the specified total price of the tour in full. For our Extended Tours you can pay the specified total price in full, or the Deposit amount, if available. Bookings for Extended Tours within 50 days of the departure date will require full payment.
Deposit – When booking an Extended tour with the Deposit, the amount for each person is £200.
Payment of the Deposit will confirm your booking. Once this is processed, the remaining outstanding balance must be paid no later than 50-days prior to the specified tour departure date of your booking. Failure to pay in time will be treated as a cancellation and subject to our standard cancellation terms.
Prices for all tours include minibus transportation as detailed in the tour itinerary and the services of a Driver-Guide. The cost of accommodation is included in our Extended tours only. Entrance to attractions, meals and any other additional costs are not included in the published tour price, unless specified.
Prices stated on our website are up-to-date and accurate, but we reserve the right to make alterations. This may occur as a result of offers or unforeseen changes such as increased operational costs. You will be notified of any such changes before payment is taken and your booking is confirmed. Once your booking is confirmed the payable amount is fixed and will not be altered unless you require changes to be made. Any offers communicated by us or via any of our official channels are subject to availability and the specified details, requirements and restrictions.

To confirm a Private Tour we may require a deposit payment or payment in full, and you will be issued a confirmation via e-mail once payment has been processed. Any remaining balance will be required by a specified date as communicated before your booking confirmation has been issued. If the size of the group or your requirements change after we have confirmed your booking then we may alter the price to reflect this.
